A: Certainly. We use the latest wireless technologies to connect our customers to to one of our towers which is in turn connected to a fiber network.
Q: What is the difference between you and satellite?
A: One - we're way less expensive; two - we have no cap on data; three - average latency time for satellite is over 700 ms (milliseconds) vs less than 30 ms for our customers.
Q: Is weather a factor for the quality of the service?
A: Our service is 99% reliable during any weather conditions.
Q : Does the speed really stay the same?
A: Your speed is guaranteed to always be at least 80% of your service plan. Call our customer support to find out which plan is right for you.
Q: What does the installation process include?
A: The process includes setting up an antenna on the roof and connecting it to the router inside.
Q: Do you provide a router?
A: We provide a standard AC router, but you can purchase an upgrade yourself or from us. Our customer support will gladly consult you on the subject.
Q: Do you provide enough speed for gaming?
A: Absolutely! With unlimited data and low latency at your service there's nothing left to do, but game on!
Q: Is autopay a requirement?
A: Not at all. Although we do recommend this option which will help you save $5 off your monthly bill!
Q: Is there a cancellation policy?
A: There is no cancellation fee for month-to-month subscribers. For SLA service agreement customers there's a cancellation fee that equals 50% of the remaining sum due in accordance with the contract.
